The device
It mounts with four bolts
Mounting
Flat against a finished ceiling, or hanging on rods under an exposed one. High on a wall where a ceiling cannot hold it.
Pairs with an AirTest Pro
Add the optional AirTest Pro monitor to the room and it adjusts to live readings, not to a schedule. Without one, you run it by hand.
Filtration
Three stages in one cartridge: a pre-filter for dust and hair, an H13 HEPA layer that captures at least 99.95% of airborne particles, bacteria and viruses included, and activated carbon for odours and VOCs.
Airflow
One unit cleans the whole room
It moves all the air in the room, not only the air directly below it. Air from the far corner comes back through the unit. That is why one unit is enough in a room this size.
The monitor
Pair it with an AirTest Pro
The Sky80 has no sensor of its own. An AirTest Pro in the same room reads the air continuously and tells the purifier how hard to run, so the system responds to the air in the room rather than to a timer. The AirTest Pro is an optional add-on, sold separately.
A classroom, forty minutes in.
A gym floor at peak hour.
Clean air, still stuffy. Comfort is measured too.
Always measured
- CO₂
- Temperature
- Humidity
In the Sky80 configuration
- PM2.5
- TVOC
- NOx
Comfort as well as air quality
It reads temperature and humidity as well as the air, so you also see a room that is clean but stuffy.
Two spare sensor slots
Add a sensor capsule when a space needs one: ozone, formaldehyde, carbon monoxide or ammonia, among others. Added later, without replacing the unit.
Fits how your site is wired
Wall or ceiling mounted, and it connects to a building management system over BACnet, Modbus or an API.
Sky80
Manage your air quality in one app
See every room at a glance, let each one run itself, and get told when something needs attention. One app on your phone, and a dashboard when you want the wider view.
Automatic control needs the optional AirTest Pro online in the same room.
If it drops off, the Sky80 falls back to a safe speed and keeps running.
-
Healthy Building Score
One number for each room, built from everything an AirTest Pro in it measures. Anyone can read it, not just engineers.
-
Autopilot
The master switch. Fan speed follows the monitor in that room, smoothed so it never hunts up and down. Nobody has to set anything.
-
Schedules per room
Set your opening hours once. Each room switches itself on and off, and applies Night Mode or Child Lock when you want them.
-
Filter life
Remaining filter life is tracked on the unit and in the app, so a change is booked before purification drops rather than after someone complains.
-
Alerts
You are told when a room goes out of range or a unit stops reporting. Nobody has to sit watching a dashboard.
-
Works with your building
Runs alongside the iOS and Android apps, and connects to a building management system where you have one. Protocols confirmed per deployment.
In the box
What's in the box, and where each part goes
The purifier, its filter and everything needed to get it running. The AirTest Pro monitor is an optional add-on, sold separately.
-
Sky80 purifier
Goes on the ceiling, or high on a wall. Filter already fitted.
-
AirTest Pro monitor
Goes in the same room, on a wall at head height.
Optional add-on, sold separately
-
3 stage H13 filter
Goes inside the unit before it is lifted. One cartridge, three stages.
-
Mounting kit and guide
Goes to the technician. Four bolts, a drilling template and the documents.
Optional coverage
Air Guard
An optional service subscription. Every Sky80 ships with a 2 year standard warranty and works fully on its own. Air Guard extends that coverage and keeps the system performing over time. It is not required to use the product.

Noise
35dB(A) on the lowest speed.
Nobody has to raise their voice in a classroom, a clinic or a meeting room to be heard over it. It rises to 63 dB(A) at full speed. It runs that fast only when the room is full and the readings call for it, not all day.

Filtration

Room air is drawn in through the grille underneath, passes through all three stages of one cartridge, and leaves clean through the vents at both ends.
-
Stage 1
Pre-filter
Stops the larger particles first, such as dust, hair and lint, so the stages behind it last longer.
-
Stage 2
H13 HEPA
The medical-grade stage, rated H13 (EN 1822 or equivalent). It captures at least 99.95% of airborne particles, bacteria and viruses included.
-
Stage 3
Activated carbon
Absorbs odours and gases, such as cooking smells and the VOCs given off by new furniture and paint.
Filter life. The unit and the app both track how much life the cartridge has left, so a change is booked before purification drops. On a rental, Nafas changes it up to 2 times a year. When you buy, filter changes come with Air Guard.
FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Buying or renting, the product, and getting it installed.
Buying or Renting
Is this a rental or a purchase model?
Both are available. Buy the Sky80 outright and it is yours, with a 2 year warranty you can extend with Air Guard. Or rent it from one year, where Nafas owns and maintains the hardware and one monthly fee covers the warranty for the whole term, maintenance, filters and upgrades. Delivery is free either way, and installation is a one off fixed fee either way.
What is the minimum rental term?
One year. You can choose one, two or three years, and the longer the term the lower the monthly rate. On any term you can pay monthly or pay the full term upfront, and paying upfront takes a further 10% off.
What happens at the end of my term?
Four choices. Renew for another term, upgrade to a newer model, buy the system outright, or return the hardware. If you return it, we come and collect it.
The Product
How does it work?
We assess first. A Nafas technician measures the indoor air quality in your space and looks at how it behaves, then proposes what each room needs. Once installed, a Sky80 paired with the optional AirTest Pro monitor in the same room responds to real readings rather than a timer. You watch it in the app, and we handle filters and maintenance.
Do I need an AirTest Pro monitor?
For automatic control, yes: a purifier that cannot measure the room cannot manage it. The Sky80 has no air quality sensor of its own. An AirTest Pro reads the room continuously and the Sky80 uses those readings to decide how hard to run. It is an optional add-on, sold separately. Section 02b lists what it measures. You can still drive the Sky80 by hand at any time.
How many devices do I need?
One Sky80 covers up to 80 m², but the honest answer is that it depends on ceiling height, occupancy, how leaky the space is and what you are trying to remove. That is exactly what the assessment is for. Larger or unusually shaped rooms may need more than one unit, which the assessment will confirm.
Is it safe in a school or a public space?
That is much of the reason it exists. Mounted on a ceiling or high on a wall there is nothing to tip over, trip on or push objects into, and no trailing cable. Child Lock disables the panel, the high voltage electronics are not user accessible, and a filter change never exposes them.
Can it integrate with our building management system?
Yes, alongside the iOS and Android apps, and units can be managed across multiple sites from one dashboard. The exact protocol for your deployment, for example BACnet, Modbus or a direct API, is confirmed during the assessment.
Delivery & Installation
What is needed to install it?
Four bolts and a 230 V supply with a proper earth. There is no ducting and no recessed ceiling cavity, which is what makes it work in retrofits. The mounting surface has to support at least twice the unit weight. Most rooms are done in under an hour, and we check for vibration at full speed before handover.
What do delivery and installation cost?
Delivery is free on every order, whether you buy or rent. Installation and commissioning is a one off fixed fee, the same either way, and a Nafas technician does the work: mounting, power, pairing to an AirTest Pro if the room has one, and handover.
The one exception is civil works. If your ceiling or wall needs building work before the unit can go up, that is quoted separately after an inspection. Most rooms need none.
Can I arrange installation myself?
On a purchase, yes, but on conditions. On a rental Nafas installs, because the hardware stays ours.
If you do not buy Nafas installation, the Sky80 must be fitted by a licensed, insured electrician or contractor, following the Nafas installation manual and local building and electrical codes. Nafas is not responsible for installation carried out by third parties, or for damage, injury or product failure caused by incorrect mounting, fixings or electrical work. Warranty and Air Guard cover do not extend to faults that come from improper installation, and proof of professional installation may be asked for on a warranty claim.
Your Rental Term
What is the minimum rental term?
One year. You can choose 1, 2 or 3 years. The longer the term, the lower the monthly rate.
Why is a longer term cheaper?
Because a longer commitment lets us plan further ahead, and we hand that back to you as a lower rate. One, two and three years each cost less per month than the term before it.
So the longer you sign for, the less you pay each month and the less the system costs you over its life. If you would rather stay short, one year is the shortest term and it is always available.
Can I pay for the whole term upfront?
Yes. On any term you can choose to pay monthly or pay the full term upfront. Paying upfront saves an extra 10% on top of the discount your term already carries.
What happens at the end of my term?
Four choices, and we contact you before the term ends so it is a decision rather than something that happens by default. Renew for another term, upgrade to a newer model, buy the system outright, or return the hardware, which we come and collect at no cost.
Can I change term or add units mid-contract?
Yes. Adding units, or adding a location, is expected as you grow, and the term itself can be changed.
Both are handled case by case rather than through a form, so speak to one of our experts and they will work it out with you.

Delivery & Installation
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery is included on every rental, with no separate charge and no minimum order.
What does installation and commissioning cost?
It is a one off fixed fee, the same whether you buy or rent. A Nafas technician does the work: mounting, power, pairing to an AirTest Pro if the room has one, and handover.
The one exception is civil works. If your ceiling or wall needs building work before the unit can go up, that is quoted separately after an inspection. Most rooms need none.

Yes, if you are buying, and there are conditions. If you are renting, we install it, because the hardware stays ours.
If you choose not to purchase Nafas installation, the Sky80 must be installed by a licensed, insured electrician or contractor in accordance with the Nafas installation manual and local building and electrical codes. Nafas is not responsible for installation carried out by third parties, or for any damage, injury, or product failure resulting from incorrect mounting, fixings, or electrical work. Warranty and Air Guard coverage do not extend to faults caused by improper installation. Proof of professional installation may be required for warranty claims.
We still do the commissioning. Send us a few photos of the finished installation so we can check it was done correctly, and you are ready to go.
