A Clean Air Zone is monitors, purifiers, the Nafas Health App and the people who keep them running, for one monthly fee. Nothing to buy, nothing to service, nothing to remember. The monitors read your air continuously and the purifiers act on those readings by themselves, so the system works whether or not you think about it.

Who installs
A trained Nafas technician, not a courier. Typically under an hour.
What you need
Someone home to let them in, a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, and a mains socket within 1.5 m of each device.
Filters
We come and replace the filters up to 2 times a year. Preventative maintenance visit every 3 months.
Term
Monthly plan: no minimum term. 30 days notice to cancel. Annual plan: a 12-month term. Give at least 30 days notice before the 12 months are up. It then does not renew, at no charge. Leaving before the 12 months are up also takes 30 days notice. An early-termination charge applies. Lower annual cost. The setup fee is waived

Membership, the product, and what happens after you order.
Only if you choose to be. The monthly plan has no minimum term. You can stop whenever you like with 30 days notice. The annual plan is a 12-month initial term. In exchange you get a lower monthly rate and a waived setup fee. The plan renews for successive 12-month periods unless you tell us otherwise. To stop it renewing, give us at least 30 days notice before the end of the current term.
Both plans include the same devices and the same service. The only difference is the term and the price.
Standard installation and commissioning are included on both plans at no extra cost. A Nafas technician does the work. The setup fee is what you pay to start on the monthly plan. On the annual plan the setup fee is waived. For an unusually complex installation, a one-time charge can apply. We always tell you about that charge before anything is confirmed.
Everything it takes to run the system. The monitors and the purifiers, the app, and delivery and installation by our technician. Plus all maintenance and repairs, up to two filter replacements a year, and support when you need it.
There is no hardware to purchase and no separate service contract. Only two things can sit outside the monthly fee. The first is the setup fee on the monthly plan. The second is a one-time charge for an unusually complex installation. We quote that charge before anything is confirmed.
No, and that is the point. This is a membership, not a rental and not a purchase. One monthly fee covers the monitors, the purifiers, the app, the maintenance and the filter replacements. Our team manages all of it. We install everything, keep it running and replace filters on schedule. As long as you are a member, it is fully taken care of.
Yes. Your setup can grow with your home. You can also hold more than one membership if you have a second home or a place for family. There is no limit on how many you hold. We plan each setup around the layout of that space.
You can move from the monthly plan to the annual plan at any time. The lower rate starts from your next billing month.
It renews automatically for another 12 months, with the same devices and the same service. If you would rather not renew, tell us at least 30 days before the end of your current term.
On the monthly plan there is nothing to settle. Give 30 days notice and you stop. On the annual plan, give at least 30 days notice before the 12 months are up. It then does not renew, at no charge. You can also end it before the 12 months are up. Tell us in writing with at least 30 days notice. Any outstanding fees are settled. An early-termination charge applies. If you have prepaid, we refund the unused portion on a pro-rata daily basis. The refund comes once the devices have been collected. We also send a final invoice.
A purifier you purchase is a device. This is an outcome you can measure.
The monitors show you what is in your air in real time. The purifiers act on those readings themselves. So the system is working at 3am without you. The app turns all of it into one score and a set of insights. Our team keeps performance where it should be. We replace the filters and repair the hardware. We do both for as long as you are a member. A purifier you purchase stops being anyone's responsibility the day it leaves the shop.
Not every room, but more than one. The monitors are what make the system act rather than guess: readings from each one feed the purifiers, which adjust automatically. Rooms without a monitor still get purified air, they just do not steer it.
It runs itself. The monitors read your air continuously, and our algorithm decides from those readings. It lifts a purifier's fan when a room needs it, and settles it back when it does not. Each purifier also carries its own dust sensor. So Autopilot keeps working even if a monitor drops off your Wi-Fi.
You can take over whenever you want, from the app or the device. Pick a fan speed, put it in Sleep for the night, or set a timer. Nothing needs you in order to work. Most people set it up on the first day and leave it alone after that.

We can usually move the whole Clean Air Zone with you. The new address needs to be in our service area. Give us 30 days notice.
We repair or replace it at no cost while your membership is active. Tell us through the app or WhatsApp. A full warranty covers the hardware for the whole term. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failure. Our monitoring often spots a problem before you do.
The monitor tracks PM1, PM2.5 and PM10, CO₂, temperature and humidity. It records a reading every 5 minutes.
The purifiers pull air through three stages: a pre-filter, an H12 HEPA and honeycomb activated carbon. Between them they take out fine particulates, allergens, bacteria and viruses, dust and pet dander. They also take out mould spores, smoke, odours, microplastics and harmful gases.

No, they do not produce ozone. Filtration is entirely mechanical: a pre-filter, an H12 HEPA and activated carbon. There is no UV lamp or ioniser in any of our devices. Those are the parts that generate ozone, and we do not use them.
All three, though the fit differs. Apartments and homes on split AC use standalone units placed across the rooms that matter, which is what every zone on this page is built from, and they need nothing structural.
Houses and villas on central AC can instead have the system built into the HVAC, so the whole home is covered through the ducts you already have. That route is not priced here. Choose Larger Home above and our team surveys the space first.

For the standalone units on this page, no. They are plug and play. Nothing is drilled, nothing structural changes, and the technician places each one and puts it on your Wi-Fi.
Only the centralized option is different. Fitting it to a central AC system needs minor work on the ducts, done during the installation visit and kept deliberately discreet, so the look of your ceiling is left alone.
We install within our service area. We confirm your address before we book the installation.
We come to you. We replace the filters up to 2 times a year. We also make a preventative maintenance visit every 3 months. Our system tracks performance remotely. It schedules each replacement before you would notice. So there is nothing to order and nothing to fit.
Let us in, and that is about it. Filter replacements, servicing and repairs are ours, and the devices take their software updates over your Wi-Fi without being asked. Nothing has to be dismantled, ordered or cleaned by you.
The one habit worth keeping is the app. It is where the readings, the score and the controls live, and it is how you tell us something feels off.

Often we get there first. The devices report their own condition back to us, so if something looks wrong we contact you rather than wait for you to notice it.
The opposite, and it is the reason the hardware stays ours. A device we own is one we have every reason to keep alive: we design for a long life, service it while it is with you, and repair rather than replace when something fails. A device you own becomes nobody's problem the day it stops working.
Filters are collected at every change instead of going out with your rubbish, and hardware that comes back is assessed for reuse, refurbishment or recycling.
Keeping hardware in use instead of in a landfill is the point. That is why we run this as a membership rather than a sale. We aim to collect the devices within 14 calendar days. There is nothing to return by courier or post. There is nothing to purchase. Our team then assesses each device for reuse, refurbishment or recycling. Many components will be reused.
Used filters work the same way at every replacement. We collect them and process them ourselves. They do not go out with your household rubbish.
